Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer or a business customer with consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires.

How to Request a Return

You can request a return using the return form available on our website or by contacting us at:

After receiving your request, we will provide you with the address to which the parcel should be sent, along with further return instructions.

Goods returned without prior notification may be sent back to the sender.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

the product must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to examine its nature, characteristics, and functioning,
it should be properly secured for transportation,
we recommend including the order number or another document that allows us to identify the purchase (e.g. order or payment confirmation).

The absence of a receipt does not exclude the possibility of making a return, provided that the purchase can be confirmed in another way.

Cost of Returning the Product

The direct cost of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal from the contract is borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise stated in the product offer or separate promotional terms.

Collectible Products

For factory-sealed products (e.g. boosters, boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, collectible sets, and other TCG products), a return is only possible if the product remains in its original, undamaged packaging.

Collectible cards sold as individual items should be returned in an unchanged condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

After receiving your parcel, please inspect it.

If your order is damaged, incomplete, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at:

To help speed up the complaint process, we recommend including photographs of the damage to the product and packaging.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you whether the return has been accepted or rejected.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be made using the same payment method that was used when placing the order, no later than 14 days after we receive the withdrawal statement. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund also includes the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered when placing the order. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
